Where your core skill set enables you to handle the sale of a particular product or service, we offer highly competitive upfront and ongoing commissions. For those services where you would prefer us to deal direct with the customer, we will pay you a generous ongoing income for a qualified referral!

We like to keep things as simple as possible and have therefore devised two different options for the way that we can work together: Agent and Solution Provider.

A Business Partner may elect to be a Solution Provider or Agent by product, customer or individual sale. We are extremely flexible!

Agent

We recognise that many of our partners may not want to develop all the skill sets, or take on sales of our complete product portfolio. However, our service philosophy towards our customers is to deliver a solution for all of our clients' telecommunication needs and therefore if there is an area in which you could utilise our expertise, then we are happy to help - and to reward you for the introduction!

The Agent programme is a simple referral programme where you share your business leads/contacts with us as a qualified referral . Our experienced direct sales team will contact the customer and arrange a meeting with you to discuss their needs. Together we will meet with the customer and when this results in a successful sale, each quarter you will receive a percentage share of the ongoing revenue spent by that customer, for as long as they stay with us!

We will support you with the customer relationship, we will do the sale, we will manage the customer and you will receive a commission income on every individual service connected as a result of the referral!

Solution Provider

Many of our Business Partners are happy to control all areas of the customer sale and have the confidence, capabilities and resources to not require our sales support, but simply require us for the delivery of the service and the after sales customer support. Indeed we fully expect many of our Business Partners to have specific areas of competence beyond that of our own thereby adding considerable value of their own to the customer relationship (such as desktop support or certain bespoke applications).

The Solution Provider programme is where the Business Partner may earn an upfront commission and an on-going residual income on every service connected by them.
